Zeal Environmental has a division which manages Drilling Muds in the form of OBM’s or WBM’s, Cuttings and Tank Washouts.
We have a lab on site to analyze products that are going to be transported to our facility. Products are tested and checked against their original MSDS, composition and state for safe handling before we receive them for treatment.
Our facility utilizes various technologies to get Muds or Tank Washouts to the state and composition needed for recycling or disposal if no other viable uses are determined by our Engineers. Engineering drilling Muds to meet EPA standards is done implementing patented methods of Bio Remediation.
Products are checked again after going through our various methods of separation and stabilization to make sure they are up to or exceed international EPA standards before recycle or disposed off. This facility also manages contaminated soils or Muds from Oil spills and other hydrocarbon based products.
