Zeal Environmental’s waste transfer facility houses a high capacity High Temperature Incineration system with the capability of burning both solid and liquid wastes that are produced from Mining activities, Oilfield operations, Maritime commerce, lastly Industrial activities.
Our incineration system utilizes primary and secondary chambers using natural gas as a fuel to burn hazardous materials at temperatures of between 1600 to 2200°F.This ensures the complete thermal breakdown of all hazmats fed into the system. Off gasses that are produced in the process are burnt off in the secondary chamber to ensure no harmful gases are released into the surrounding environs. We also ensure operational efficiency of our units by constantly monitoring gasses coming out of our stack to ensure conformity to standards used in the USA and local EPA.
